Live online sessions run daily from 10:00 to 11:00 AM IST, and at 5:30 PM EST for students in the United States. Offline sessions are taught in person at our studio in Abids, Hyderabad. You can use either, or both.

No. Ayurveda’s three aims here are healing, prevention and health care. Changes in weight sometimes follow a settled digestion, but that is not what the guidance is built around.
